A while ago I took some vacation time to go to Danmark for my grandmother’s 70th birthday party. It was a weekend affair at a castle called Kokkedal Slot in the NW of Jutland. It was a really great to see everyone and the food was amazing!

Interesting. For some reason – I don’t know why – I always thought “your” Aas was Dutch but it is the old spelling of Ås, of cause. (Still an unusual name, though).
